Seduce and Destroy!

I'm among those who believe "Magnolia" is a great movie, not least of which is due to the incredible performance Tom Cruise gives as the toxic, emotionally crippled PUA guru, Frank T. J. Mackie.  Made in 1999, it still holds up well, and certainly Cruise has not had a role that rivals it since.  Also, the soundtrack by Aimee Mann is awesome.  You can watch the entire film on Youtube if you haven't seen it.  (Someone should have told Roosh this was a cautionary tale, not an instructional video!)

  2. Ah, yes, Forney's best bud, Anatoly Karpov, who tortures statistics (and scientists) in order to "prove" his completely crackpot conclusions, such as that feminists, and unattractively obese women in general, are responsible for most mass shootings. I love the way one of his commenters adds that the attendant sexual frustration of these twin demons also contributes to prostate cancer. He natters on a lot about "cultural Marxism" too; add that term to the list of things I don't understand and don't care to understand. I have to give AK credit for allowing critical comments on his blog (even those, gasp, from women): I'm still getting referrals from his blog from a comment I made months ago.

    1. I meant of course Karlin -- not to be confused with the Russian chess player!

  3. Referrals? Care to elaborate? Lol

About the stats and scientists stuff, you mean that he actually contacts different scientists and all? Does he like, twist their data and such? I've noticed that he's cited steven pinker a few times.

It's a shame, really. He has a lot going for him. For one thing, he'a clearly intelligent. He has an array of interests, such as the futurism stuff. Speaks russian. Not unattractive at all (IMO.) If you watch some YouTube vids, cute accent. Too bad it's all mired up into this 'neoreaction' bullshit.

Referrals? Do his regulars come here a lot? Does write about you or something? Anyway, while he's a total dick(and that, I would guess, be the reason he feels he needs 'game' to get women) he's more moderate than many manosphereans, in that he likes 'equity feminism' but thinks ebil gender feminism is destroying everythinggggg.

Yeah, after a while, peeking around, you kind of realize that he doesn't say much of real substance despite the more erudite language and the fact that's he's smart. Everything sounds like something I'd hear out of a teenager, and I'm young myself, LOLOLOL.

A Russian-American(just like him! :)) friend of mine looked through his blog and called him a pseudo-intellectual dickwad. Pretty much.

  5. You've been around far longer than I, Cinzia. What is your opinion on that equity/gender dichotomy? I know it was coined by Christina Hoff Summers

    1. Sorry, I haven't read anything by her. I can't read the female misogynists; seriously they make me sick; Ms. Bodycrimes seems to have a higher tolerance for them than I do. Gender equity vs. gender equality are used interchangeably, but some people take pains to make a distinction. My understanding is that gender equity refers to the process of treating both men and women fairly, whereas gender equality means both genders have the same access to jobs, services, and goods. (Or is it the other way round? I'm no expert on feminist theory.)

    2. Got it Cinzia. Did you read our lovely anatoly's post I put above on women in Russia? It seems to conflict with what I hear about coming out of russia, and what my russian friends and other online Russians say. But I'll be the first to admit I know nothing about Russia anyway. Maybe you do, since you're quite the traveler.

Speaking of Anatoly, wow, what a beautiful name, lol.
